Hi, I’m Brit!
I was introduced to yoga as a competitive and wild teen in 1999. The choice buy a one way ticket to India and take a 200 hour teacher training altered my entire life path.
I love the peace yoga brings my head and heart! The poses bring strength and intelligence to my body; the breath brings clarity and freedom to my mind.
I am forever a student as yoga continually supports me in finding equanimity and an elevated perspective in all life experiences. As a mama of two little girls, I feel endlessly blessed to experience motherhood grounded and grateful in every moment.
Hey there, Soozie here.
Yoga changed my life when I started practicing in 2004. Yoga took over my life when I started teaching that same year. Yoga keeps me on a path of curiosity. It is a continuous exploration within and how I interact and react with the world.
Yoga teaches me acceptance, confidence, and freedom. It helps me see that in others.
I would like to assist you in your own journey through the practice.
Hello beautiful souls, its Angie here!
Yoga found me in 2008 and I am so grateful it did. Like many, yoga forever changed my life worked from the outside right into my heart. It has become the moral compass of my life and challenges me everyday to be the best version of myself. Sounds cliche right? But it’s true, this is the power of yoga. The practice is like being given a toolkit for life. The toolkit is filled with rich deep teachings that fuel inner confidence, peace, awareness and compassion for yourself and others. Come join us on this journey in March and let yoga change your life too
